Spring has come to London

With all the sad news in Japan, I just wish them happiness and strength...
" Spring is around the corner after the coldest and hardest winter."

Clash of colours

Everything I own has a memory
Regardless of the price and place.
I used to lurk around charity shops on a treasure hunting journey.
My closet was made up by a lot of unusual findings from there.
And those pieces which I no longer wear end up....back in a charity shop...

Wearing clash colours is one of the key trends in Spring Summer.
Go bold with prime colours set against bright shades
as styled by Prada and Jil Sander SS10.

Pink and Yellow

Today
I thought about wearing more colours for a change.
It's said that Yellow is the colour of happiness
and Pink denotes love.
With the help of warm colours,
I could be a happier, more loving person (for one day)...

Chrys Columbine - The Princess of Burlesque

The fragile physique, porcelain like face and a tiny waist squeezed in to a corset,
Chrys Columbine has all the ingredients needed for a fairy tale.
Her graceful yet coquettish Burlesque performance was definitely the highlight of last night's party 'Miss You X' at Tuatara.

The night started with a live performance by The Royal Organ Duo, who play cool retro remixes of iconic tunes such as New York by Alicia Keys, Barbara Windsor and White Lines (Don't Do It) by Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five and so on.

I'm not a party animal...but it was a great party!

My obsession of the month...
'Stripe tights' and 'Circle tights' designed by one of my good friends; Manami at Proef.
Simple yet genius! These transparent skin coloured tights with black prints make it look as if I have had tattoos put on my legs, but without the pain.
